Prayer Requests for July 7, 2015
Surina – For Eagle Street kids and Hy & Libba. For the team:
“The mission never ends, just the location changes.” To be out of my comfort zone today. Praise God that… we’ve had a successful
mission trip so far and touched lives, I’ve made life changing friends in a
life changing experience.
Liz – Please pray for my wedding coming up fast after this I
have doubts and not sure – It’s a big thing decision. Praise God that… for this whole trip and
everyone he put in my path.
Morgan – For opportunities to share the gospel and God to
work on people’s hearts so they will be receptive especially Malik and
Tamaj. Praise God that… we got to share
the gospel with Malik, Alvan, Ta’maj, Rege because God made it happen
Bob – Please pray for strength, guidance and grace for the
people of New Orleans. Praise God that…
people here have really touched me this week.
Brenda – Lord help me get over my heat stroke – It is
overtaken me. Please help me heal fast
and spread your Word or touch others indoors today.
Karen – That DeWayne’s first day on his new job goes
well! That the common bonding we all
feel here will continue on once we get home!! All will realize why they are
here before they leave! Praise God
that we saw more of the sights and
sounds of this beloved city! Praise God
that last night we heard a real Jazz Band play “When the Saints go Marching in”
– Wow – now that will leave a lasting memory!
Wes - for strength through today's heat!
Prayer Requests for July 5-6, 2015
Bob – Please pray that we are Spirit-led today and that
everyone is safe. Please pray for my
mother, Pam, and that she is in good spirits.
I praise God for my family!
Karen – Please pray that Dewayne could understand better why
I feel God has called me to help and be here in New Orleans. when I go back home, I won’t loose sight of
the work and God’s insight still needing to be done her in New Orleans! That His work here will still continue from
there. I praise God that…God did give me
His strength!! We did a lot of walking yesterday, it wasn’t all so easy, but
praise God I did do it!! Praise God that
Feed the Multitudes went well – there are many stories of His honor and blessings
for sure! It feels good to know His will
was done in literally helping feed the multitudes. He has given me the strength so far to
persevere through physical challenges of just getting around and a lot of
walking! Everyone is opening up, telling
their stories of how God has used or worked in them! We have really grown close to each other!
Al- Please pray for a cheerful attitude and outlook. Praise God that this has been a good, safe,
productive trip.
Liz – Please pray that today the Lord helps me as I go out
on evangelism ministry with Karen and Miss Libba. Praise God that my kids are doing ok.
Morgan – Please pray for my dad’s side of the family. My great Uncle Frank passed away this
weekend. Also, I just want to be in
God’s presence today. Praise God that
many were blessed through Feed the Multitudes.
Colton – Please pray for me to make the most of the rest of
my time here. Praise God that we are all
becoming closer as a team and a family.
Brenda – Lord, help us to continue to fight our spiritual
wars. Help us to continue to find ways
to grow our spirit with you, to feel you surround us and remind us of our faith
in You.
Surina –Please pray for family in Wisconsin and for Eagle
Street kids. Please pray for all of us, adjusting post-trip because the mission
never ends, only the location changes. Pray
for Kendrick and his family, for Traechelle.
Also, please pray for a woman at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church who’s
son died in gunfire over the weekend.
Praise God that I’ve gotten to
make a new family from this team. Praise
God that Feed the Multitudes was a success and many gave their lives to
Christ.
Wes – For some extra physical strength. We’re all doing well spiritually, but the
long day and high temperature has us dragging at times. Praise God that this team is open to receiving
from God and doing such a great job of being servant-hearted.

Prayer Requests for July 5-6, 2015
Saturday, July 4 Prayer Requests
Wes - For the forecasted rain to stay away during Feed the Multitudes. For Holy Spirit anointing on my wife who is giving the message Unstoppable Love back at The River Church tomorrow morning.
Liz- for the ones we touch today. That the love of Jesus flows through us. For the kids, may their eyes and ears open to what we do. Praise God that the pipes at Hy and Libbas are fixed and the house is cleaned up.
Brenda- God be with us all today at feed the multitudes. Guide each of us to what we need to do, where we need to be, and lives we need to touch. Give me guidance to humble myself and work through your word.
Karen- That God overcomes and I lean on him for the physical strength to make it through this day!! His heart and love to be felt by those who come today. His will to be done today to reach thousands for him. Praise that he gives us strength to see each day through for him. He was at work. Our computer and slideshow are working.
Surina- that we would touch lots of lives at Feed the Multitudes, and for the kids on eagle St today. For family in Wisconsin. Praise that the plumbing project is done!
Colton- that feed the multitudes goes better than expected and that we lead more and more to Christ.
Sabrina- That God would help us get through the day and do what he needs us to do.
Chris- Praise God for being God and the way he works and moves in people. Thank you God for using us to bring him glory

Friday, July 3 Prayer Requests
PLEASE PRAY FOR MANY VOLUNTEERS FOR TOMORROW'S JULY 4 FEED THE MULTITUDES EVENT . Hundreds of volunteers are needed!
PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR MAIN MINISTRY PARTNER, LAMB MINISTRIES. This is a crucial week for Hy and Libba McEnery, as they close on selling the current ministry center and move forward with getting building delivered right across the street to make a new and larger ministry center.
Colton - For us to get done any project put in our way.
Liz - For strength for Morgan, for words for the kids
Morgan - For Trachelle - she had a really hard day yesterday. She needs prayer for peace and healing. I need God to give me energy and strength.
Karen- That through faith I continue to learn all things happen in His timing and not in my own!
Bob - Pray to accomplish as much as we can for Hy & Libba's and that we stay grounded in the Word of the Lord.
Al- protect us from anger, frustration, and fear of failure. These occur when we least expect it.
Sabrina - the day to go very well.
Wes - for each team member to correctly discern their ministry for the Feed the Multitudes event tomorrow - (There are at least 27 different ministries from which to choose)
Brenda - for God to be with Libba as she makes tough decisions today about Kendrick and Tawanda's involvement in the ministry.. For help to heal Trachelle so she comes back to God and the ministry.
Surina - For Amari and Ethan, kids on Eagle Street. And for Trachelle. And for family back at home.
Chris - For Kendrick and his family and thank God for their safety. For growth in their faith and a season of peace as they transition to better atmospheres.

Thursday, July 2 Prayer Requests
FOR GOD'S BLESSING ON THE JULY 4 FEED THE MULTITUDES EVENT we are assisting soon. More than 5,000 people are expected! Hundreds of
Colton-Everyone gets out of their comfort zone.
Sabrina - to wake up refreshed, not tired
Brenda - Lord, please help the woman with anger I saw on the first day I was here. I found out she has allot of trouble in her life, full of anger. Please God, bring love and peace to her heart. Help her open us to those who will listen. Give her understanding of the love we want to share with her. Please allow me to see her again and help me show her that love.
Karen - 1) God opens the door and be able to spend a least a little time at Lazarus House while here in New Orleans. Following His direction! 2) Talk to Kohls here about fundraiser funding could come to help LAMB Ministries. That Hy and Libba would be blessed financially here, especially with expenses of their upcoming ministry move.
Surina - for Amari from Eagle Street. For family in Wisconsin
Morgan - that I stay in God's presence all day and listen to the Holy Spirit.
Liz - Pray for my inner side - letting go I'm not sure if I'm holding things in (which I don't think I am) but I cried about everything and I don't know why.
Wes - for the team to continue to grow together. For blessing and provision for our ministry partners.
Bob- that today is a productive day and that all we come into contact with is touched. Also that everybody at home is safe.
Al- for Justice. Let our nation help those in need. And serve justice to the trouble maker. For positive change in Katrina survivors.
Chris - I pray for Your understanding and wisdom to be upon all tongues and minds, being thought and spoken out in love. I pray for Your heart to be the pulse that beats openly and freely through this body giving life and vibrancy to all. That the love of Jesus is a revelation they feel and realize.
Wednesday, July 1 Prayer Requests
Surina - to act on what's been told to me. to notice needsSabrina - Please help me through this day!
Wes - God's protection on my family! Lots of Divine appointments today!
Morgan - for me to walk in God's peace and joy. For God to lead our children's ministry. for these kids = Ja'Sean, Eron, That God will bring them back to Him and to us sometime this week.
Brenda - Please help Sabrina step out of her comfort zone. She was brought here for a reason, show here that, help her open up and still in Your Word
Al - contruction and plumbing job today pray for skills and patience, for sleep tonight
Liz - that I listen to Jesus more that His voice is clear to me.
Karen - Following God where He is leading my/our lives to go! He is calling - will I listen, hear and obey?
Colton - family issues back at home
Bob - that I can forget distractions and listen more clearly
Chris - for clarity today on what He wants to do for me, that God's fervent love would set a blazing fire on New Orleans and the ground to shake with the movement of the Holy Spirit!
Blessings from home as you all step out of your comfort zone. Trust that He is putting exactly the person in front of you that needs you that moment. Do not fear.....you have been created for a time such as this.
